Let’s get right to it.
After months (months!) of preparation, I happily announce the following:
Thing #1: Sessions by Skype!
You don’t have to live in Portland anymore in order to work with me! I’m now offering sessions over Skype (or the phone if you don’t have access to Skype). If you are sick of feeling overwhelmed and want to re-find that deep, internal sense of calm, let’s work together! And, yes, my first session guarantee applies for Skype sessions as well.
Not so sure about jumping right into a session? Here’s another option (hint: it’s thing #2!):
Thing #2: Owl Eyes: the Anywhere, *Anytime* Overwhelm Reliever
It’s an e-course. It’s all about how to use Owl Eyes on your own to banish overwhelm and re-find that deep sense of inner calm and belonging in relation to whatever is causing you distress. Here’s what Sarah has to say:
“This course might just be the key to world peace. It’s not just a relaxation technique, it actually re-wires your thinking.
After engaging Owl Eyes for even a few minutes, I feel differently about myself and the world. Thinking about ongoing issues in my life stops overwhelming me, and I intuitively know that all will be okay.
It’s having a big-picture perspective present while addressing the details of life. From personal experience I recommend these lessons as a way to let go of trauma and literally change your perspective on life.” —Sarah Lambert
Again, you can read about the course here: www.urbanowleyes.com.
If you want a taste of Owl Eyes, get on my list.
Why? Because you will receive my Owl Eyes ebook. It introduces you to Owl Eyes; it even describes the technique in detail. So, you can begin using and playing with my favorite self-care tool of all time… today!
That’s it for today, folks. I’d love to hear your thoughts on these changes in general and on the new ebook (if you’ve read it) specifically. And, of course, any and all celebratory ‘Yays!’ are welcome as well. 🙂

I’m so happy this is out now. I intend to get practising since my own experience with you was so utterly blissful, deep, lovely, profound. Grab the books folks! Try it out. If you can, do the course!

Congratulations on both launches! I think that’s fantastic that you found a way to work with people even if they don’t live in Portland. And the Owl Eyes course sounds extremely interesting.
