Do you:
- feel overwhelmed by the busy-ness, obligation, and pressure of the holidays (or of life in general)?
- crave time to pause, to align with the natural world, and to recharge?
- love celebrating the seasons in a ritual way with like-minded others?
If so, I warmly invite you to join myself and special guest Maris Bergrune of Living Voice Medicine for a free virtual winter solstice ritual.
Within the space of an hour, we will dive deep into ritual, allowing ourselves to receive the gift of being held by the nourishing darkness of the winter solstice.

Winter is a time of introspection, hibernation, stillness, dormancy, and dreaming/visioning.
When, in the midst of all the holiday-ness of the holidays (and of life), do we:
- allow ourselves to be still and listen? To dream or vision?
- take a moment to align with the rhythms of the natural world?
- slow down enough to remember that our bodies are also of the natural world and follow these rhythms as well?
- allow ourselves to retreat, to hibernate, to replenish, and to become renewed?
Devoting even just an hour to being in ritual with the intention of aligning with the medicine of the winter solstice offers us a potent portal into increased nourishment, replenishment, and renewal.
What will the ritual involve?
The ritual will begin with a non-dogmatic invocation/prayer. Next, I’ll take a moment to introduce Maris. Then, she will share some Maris-wisdom 🙂 as it relates to the winter solstice.
From there, we will spend some time in reflection via some journal prompts. Finally, I will take you on a drum journey where you can sink deeply into, be held by, and align with the medicine of the winter solstice… this time of darkness, stillness, and mystery.
Sound good?
Yay! We can’t wait to be in ritual with you!
